Manufacturing Maintenance Mgr. / Plant Engineer

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading a plant maintenance department
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with CMMS, TPM, or Reliability field preferred
• Strong understanding of OSHA requirements
• Ability to lead and develop a team, excellent communication and project management skills
• Proficient in Root Cause Analysis techniques and developing/implementing Countermeasures
