Job Description
A growing manufacturing operation in Richmond, VA seeks an experienced maintenance leader to oversee facility and equipment maintenance activities. The selected candidate will drive initiatives to improve equipment uptime, reliability, and operational efficiency, and lead maintenance personnel to achieve safety, quality, and performance goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment
  • Technical or engineering background (Mechanical or Electrical disciplines) strongly preferred
  • Previous experience supporting high-speed manufacturing or packaging systems preferred
