Role OverviewThe Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor - 3rd Shift will manage the site safety program, drive housekeeping standards, and demonstrate leadership for employee safety and wellness. They will also develop and display a thorough understanding of site-level and company-wide strategic initiatives, actively support positive change, and communicate with the team to promote an understanding of the relationship between site actions and results and overall strategic objectives.
What You Will Do
The Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor - 3rd Shift will manage employee performance, provide development opportunities, and mentor/coach employees regarding career planning, training, skills development. They will also lead and ensure the Operating System is understood, reinforced, and embedded, and assist the Site Manager in measuring and reporting key maintenance performance indicators.

Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications, web-based applications, and CMMS software
