Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Manufacturing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced injection molding environment. This is not a purely administrative role—you will be deeply embedded in daily operations, working side-by-side with your team to drive performance, solve problems in real time, and ensure production goals are consistently met.
What You Will Do
Lead from the production floor—actively supporting molding operations, troubleshooting, and process optimization. Drive performance across key metrics: On-Time Delivery, Quality, Efficiency, and Cost.

Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in plastic injection molding
- Proven experience managing multiple shifts and large-scale operations (30+ machines)
- Strong technical expertise in processing, tooling, and troubleshooting
- Leadership style rooted in accountability, coaching, and presence on the floor
- Experience with ERP systems (IQMS preferred)
- Track record of meeting or exceeding OTD, quality, and efficiency goals
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities
