Role OverviewThe Manufacturing Operations Manager is responsible for leading and directing Manufacturing strategies to support achievement of NVR's Brand Promise and focus on vertical integration across 11 manufacturing plants. This position will ensure alignment of support to Homebuilding Operations related to capacity planning, logistics, and quality assurance.
What You Will Do
Establish and implement strategies to measure, forecast, and adjust plant capacity across all Manufacturing Plants, for weekly Homebuilding requirements and future capacity growth. Develop and oversee the execution of a safe and cost-effective logistics strategy, designed to meet Homebuilding delivery needs, scale with business growth, and reduce risk to the company.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required (Business or Engineering preferred)
- MBA preferred
- Minimum 10 years' progressive management leadership experience
- Experience with P&L ownership, budget management, or cost control is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated expertise communicating effectively with all levels of an organization
- Proven ability to drive organizational improvements and coach others to achieve performance goals
- Ability to travel to other NVR plants and locations, as needed
