Requirements

  • Highschool diploma/GED required, undergraduate degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or relevant discipline highly preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in areas of Production/Manufacturing/Assembly.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience leading small projects through all phases.
  • Able to support Manufacturing on as needed basis during overtime hours.
  • Familiarity with Bell IT Systems and Corrective Action Board (CAB) processes.
  • Skilled user or aptitude to learn Bell ERP software – CAMS, Enovia, 3DX, Catia, and SAP.
  • Effectively interrogate Blue Prints and Digital Product Definition (CAD, GD&T, etc.).
  • Familiar with manufacturing processes, tooling methodologies, and aircraft assembly.
  • Experience incorporating planning changes into the applicable planning delivery systems.
