We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Operations Project Coordinator to support customer orders and production projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is a great fit for someone early in their project management career who enjoys coordinating multiple departments, monitoring production schedules, and ensuring customer orders move efficiently from order entry through final shipment.

What You Will Do

Coordinate configure-to-order (CTO) and quick-ship manufacturing orders from initial receipt through shipment and project completion, review incoming sales orders for accuracy, and monitor project progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering Technology, or a related field

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and project tracking software
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
