Role OverviewThe Project Manager leads the planning and execution of complex, high-impact projects supporting Eden Prairie Operations. This role coordinates cross-functional resources to deliver large operational projects safely, on time, within budget, and in alignment with business requirements.
What You Will Do
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, budgets, resources, governance, and success measures. Lead large, complex Eden Prairie Operations projects from business case and charter development through implementation, stabilization, and formal closeout.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
- Six or more years of applicable project-management, operations, engineering, supply-chain, or continuous-improvement experience
- Seven or more years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in manufacturing, operations, engineering, supply chain, or a related environment
- Project Management Professional certification
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
