Job Description
The Manufacturing Operator, 1st shift, will operate SiC media blast tools, perform troubleshooting, and participate in shift pass-down discussions. The role involves setting up and operating equipment, maintaining a clean work area, and adhering to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to work comfortably in a SiC media blast environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of manufacturing experience (sandblasting experience is a plus)
  • Ability to read, understand and follow documented processes and procedures
  • Good attention to detail; ability to perform basic math computations and computer data entry
  • Ability to lift 50lbs, climb a ladder up to 4 ft, and be able to walk and stand during the entire shift
