Manufacturing Operator Tech III (AR)

Requirements

• Properly load sector onto carousel for coating process.
• Remove corresponding Lens basket from oven while validating correct lenses in tray and inspect individual lens for defects.
• Accurately complete process documenting form located on cart next to coater.
• Ability to select proper job recipe and perform coating operational procedures using touch screen display.
• Properly perform test slide functions and operate spectrometer for test slide validation.
• Upon coating cycle completion, remove lenses from sector and return to appropriate tray.
• Clean and prep chamber between each cycle.
• Change gas cylinder and replace water in chill system as required.
• Ability to communicate and escalate with peers and principles.
• Ensure and maintain the cleanliness of all equipment, workstations and overall facility.
• Practice and comply with all requirements promoting a safe and healthy work place environment.
