Role OverviewWe are seeking a Machine Operator for our Clinton, TN facility to work on 2nd shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, either Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday. The role involves operating all key manufacturing equipment to produce plastic compounds for unique and specialty customer applications.
What You Will Do
Operate key manufacturing equipment, follow standard operating procedures, and engage in process measurement, control, and improvement.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, basic knowledge of running an extruder or mixing equipment, and the ability to learn pre and postproduction equipment and operations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Two years of manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Extrusion experience (highly desired)
- Ability to lift 55lbs. frequently
