Job Description
We are looking for a financial Plant Controller to join our manufacturing site in Montgomery, IL. The Plant Controller ensures financial controls are in place, prepares financial reports, and supports plant leadership with data and analysis to meet plant and corporate goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience with broad management accounting background, preferably with responsibilities over operational reporting in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Able to demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Production Orders, Sox Controls, and Standard Costing.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • CIMA/ ACCA/ CMA designations or certification as a Certified Public Accountant are a plus.
