Role OverviewThe Plant Manager holds full accountability for day-to-day plant operations across Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, OpEx, HR, Finance, and EHS. This is a visible, present leadership role — one where operational discipline is modeled from the floor up.
What You Will Do
Oversee assembly and testing processes, direct SMT/PCB line for quality, own plant metrics and improvements, manage budget, reduce costs, and deploy and sustain TPS practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or equivalent hands-on experience
- 10+ years of progressive manufacturing operations experience, with meaningful time leading a plant floor or plant
- 5+ years of management/supervisory experience with direct reports in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience in electromechanical assembly — mechanical fits, harnessing, wiring, actuators, sensors, and integrated test
- Demonstrated lean/TPS fluency and a real continuous-improvement habit — not just certifications on paper
- Ownership of SQDC metrics with a track record of improving them
- Thorough understanding of financial practices including capital equipment analysis, cost accounting, budgeting, and project cost analysis
