Role OverviewWe are looking for an entry-level Manufacturing-Production-Forge-Metal Fab worker who can perform tasks such as coordinating metal pre-forgings, loading and unloading pieces with tongs, and inspecting and transporting metal material. The ideal candidate will have strong math and mechanical aptitude, be able to do frequent heavy lifting in a hot work environment, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
What You Will Do
Coordinate metal pre-forgings with Blacksmith, load and unload 65 lb. pieces with tongs into forge furnace and hammer, locate metal material, inspect, grind, stamp, transport, etc., and remove scrap from pit, shovel and unload.
