Role OverviewThe Manufacturing Production Lead will oversee a group of team members, ensuring efficient processes and achieving production targets. This includes supporting the Shift Supervisor, providing leadership and line management, coordinating employees' workloads, and ensuring production targets are achieved.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include ensuring people and resources are applied efficiently, ensuring team members follow defined manufacturing procedures, and monitoring change over and/or line set up efficiency. You will also prepare line set-ups, process technical skill sets, and train operators for products and processes.
