Role OverviewAs a Manufacturing Production Operator - Fiber Attach, you will prepare optical cable for the attachment process, attach cable assemblies to optical connectors, and perform required testing and inspections to ensure product quality and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a quality-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a clean manufacturing environment while supporting production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Will Do
Prepare optical cable for the attachment process, attach cable assemblies to optical connectors, perform measurements, alignment and testing of optical cable, and maintain in process workflow in a lean manufacturing environment.

Requirements
- One Year Production/Manufacturing experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a clean work environment
- Steady hands
- Good hand/eye coordination
