Role OverviewThe Manufacturing Production Operator-Night Shift supports the core team in the Scottsboro, AL plant, working cross-functionally as part of the Pay-For-Skills program. The position involves manufacturing reinforced TPO roof membrane and selected TPO accessories, with a focus on job security and great benefits.
What You Will Do
Follow all Johns Manville safety procedures and policies, wear protective clothing & equipment, review and complete training on JSAs/SOPs, and complete Get Data training such as daily checklists, housekeeping checklists, forklift checklists, etc.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to tolerate heat, good vision, hearing, speaking, and finger dexterity skills as required.
- Ability to set up and follow simple work plans and communicate with co-workers is essential.
