Role OverviewBring your talent and leadership to Raytheon's Circuit Card Manufacturing factory. We have an opportunity for a 3rd shift Production Supervisor in the Sensors High Mix value stream. This role will have overall responsibility for a growing manufacturing operations team initially consisting of 10-15 assembly, inspection, and test employees. This individual will lead a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to ensure products meet contractual quality, cost, and delivery requirements by planning, organizing, and directing the flow of production.
What You Will Do
Execution of schedule and cost. Workforce planning and forecasting. Employee hiring and training. Time and attendance tracking. Area layout and flow management. Ensure full compliance of company policies and procedures. Capital identification and control of overhead expenses.

Requirements
- Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Supervisory, Leadership and/or Manufacturing experience is required.
- Manufacturing experience in the aerospace/defense industry.
- Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma or other similar process improvement methodologies.
- Previous experience supervising bargaining unit employees.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Access).
