Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our production team and drive operational excellence. The successful candidate is a highly organized leader who can juggle competing priorities, anticipate challenges before they impact production, and keep people, processes, and schedules aligned.
What You Will Do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 12 production employees, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement. Coordinate daily manufacturing activities and balance shifting priorities, schedules, material availability, staffing needs, and customer requirements to achieve production and quality goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Three years experience
- Manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience with production planning, process improvement, and workforce development
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn ERP systems
- Experience in ISO or regulated manufacturing environments
Benefits
- Base salary range: $57,017 – $85,525
