Role OverviewJoin the largest manufacturer of tile and natural stone in the United States as a Production Trainer, providing on-the-job training to new hires and tenured team members. The trainer will create training materials, coach, and train on general processes, SOPs, and new products.
What You Will Do
Provide on-the-job training to new hires and tenured team members, assess team members on established processes and procedures, and implement and develop teaching aids based on workforce needs.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' previous experience as a trainer, training facilitator or other relevant position, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
