Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, manufacturing, engineering, IT, software, or a related technical environment.
  • Customer-facing project experience.
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies, such as: scope management, schedule development & integration, risk management, budget tracking, resource management status & control planning, issue & action item management
  • Technical Fluency & Integration experience
  • Experience with the integration of complex systems, such as plant floor systems, or other relevant technical integrations, is highly desirable.
  • Ability to lead diverse teams, set clear objectives, adjust strategies, and guide projects to successful completion in a dynamic environment.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to provide full time daily onsite PM services at our client’s facility in Redford, MI
  • Experience with Agile project practices, JIRA, IT projects, software launches, or manufacturing systems is a strong plus.
