Job Description
The Manufacturing Strategy Lead (MGR 2) will lead the development of our cross-program, cross-workstream manufacturing strategy to increase manufacturing throughput, analyze constraints and opportunities, identify solutions, and lead stakeholders to execute the strategy.

Requirements

  • Leading cross-functional teams to develop improvement and investment strategies for manufacturing improvement
  • Coordinating with Operational Strategy Leads to implement workforce, infrastructure, technology, process, and supply base improvements
  • Conducting diagnostic analyses to identify constraints and opportunities
  • Identifying and implementing new technologies and processes to streamline manufacturing operations
  • Managing execution of initiatives by partnering with stakeholders across the company
  • Leading internal teams and coordinating closely with initiative owners to develop and execute value creation plans, roadmaps and business cases
  • Preparing strategy documents for senior internal and external stakeholders
