Role OverviewManufacturing Supervisor - Night Shift - Metals Fabrication and Welding. Reporting to the Production Manager, this person will oversee Night shift operations. This person will be responsible for managing the functions of the shop floor to aid and improve the operational performance of the facility.
What You Will Do
Supervise hourly manufacturing team members, schedule and assign work tasks to meet production goals and objectives, create and modify standardized work and ensure consistent application by all team members, provide technical expertise in all responsible areas, and maintain ERP system.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years' relevant work experience
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- AS400 and/or JD Edwards ERP experience preferred
- Six Sigma/Lean Management experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in powered-press, plating, and/or manual packing and picking operations preferred
- Functional knowledge of general Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and business processes
- Ability to work under minimal supervision, plan workload and establish work priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively and comfortably with all organizational levels, both written and verbal
- Flexibility of shift scheduling, to include overtime and weekends, when supervision is required
