Job Description
AHEAD is a technology company that builds platforms for digital business. We are looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee production staff and achieve production targets while maintaining a safe and efficient operation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years in an assembly manufacturing environment
  • Ability to manage, train and develop employees
  • Ability to resolve conflicts, meet deadlines, manage production activities and effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience making day to day decisions that affect the overall quality of products and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
