Role OverviewThe Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for organizing and coordinating shopfloor activities to ensure smooth manufacturing operations, efficient headcount allocation, and adherence to production priorities.
What You Will Do
Manage the flow of materials, optimize output according to production priorities, and oversee cross modules operators responsible for hand-carry and priority WIP movement.

Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Logistics, Operations, or a related technical field
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing preferred

- Familiarity with ERP systems (AX), performance tracking tools (SAP), and training platforms
- Strong understanding of problem-solving methods (8D, PDCA, 5W, Ishikawa)
