Role OverviewThe Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for a major portion of production goals in the plant, overseeing daily operations, maintenance, safety, quality control, scheduling, and personnel. They promote good relations with the community and customers, and participate in hiring, employee evaluations, and salary and bonus programs.
What You Will Do
Directly supervise non-exempt and entry-level exempt employees, direct daily operations of work areas, and provide Advanced Manufacturing assessments to management. Identify capital equipment requirements and implementation plans, and instruct or direct daily activities of more junior engineers.
