Role OverviewThis role supports day-to-day production operations by leading a team on the manufacturing floor, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with production priorities.
What You Will Do
Lead a team to execute daily production tasks safely and efficiently, drive execution of production schedules and daily priorities, and communicate production updates, issues, and needs to the Manufacturing Manager or salaried supervisor.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or technical training preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Prior experience as a team lead or informal leader preferred
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor operations
- Strong work ethic and ability to lead by example on the production floor
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow direction while taking initiative within assigned responsibilities
- Willingness to learn and grow into a higher-level leadership role
