Role OverviewThe Team Lead works in the production department assisting the production manager. Leads by example with safety ensuring the quality of the products produced meet or exceed production goals and train new or inexperienced employees.
What You Will Do
Verifies that non-standards orders are produced according to written instructions, troubleshoots equipment specific issues, prints manufacturing and material handler schedules, and ensures all safety requirements are met.
