Role OverviewThe Manufacturing Team Member I is responsible for running production jobs on semi-automated equipment and performing light assembly, packaging, press operations, or other manual tasks. This position may be responsible for minor setup and troubleshooting depending on the equipment and the area the employee is responsible for.

Run production jobs on various types of semi-automated equipment, perform light assembly, packaging, press operations, or other manual tasks, inspect product for quality, and troubleshoot minor machine issues.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand basic English

- Ability to perform visual quality inspections

- Ability to work overtime as needed
