Job Description
Oversees personnel and daily operations of the dock, including wet slips, dry storage, maintenance and fuel dock, to ensure safe and profitable operations of the marina, while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • Market and promote annual water and dry storage slips
  • Resolve customer issues and build a loyal customer base
  • Manage safe and profitable operations
  • Direct and schedule staff for maintenance and building facilities
  • Determine when maintenance issues require licensed contractor
  • Communicate customer satisfaction standards to personnel
  • Maintain and enforce marina rules to ensure safety and compliance
  • Partners with other departments for special events and promotions
  • Oversee severe weather to protect docks, vessels, equipment, team members and customers
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations
  • Implement safe work procedures and participate in MarineMax Safety Program
