Role OverviewThe Marina Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the marina, including front desk operations, customer service, and maintenance. The role requires a strong ability to interact with a wide variety of people, organize multiple priorities, and think critically to solve problems.

Responsibilities include directing operations, administering front desk operations, serving as a point of contact for customers, overseeing ordering and inventory control, and creating and implementing preventive maintenance programs.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Sailing, Powerboating, rowing and/or paddling knowledge and experience
- Ability to swim and comfort around the water
- Supervisory experience
- 5+ years of boating and/or marine related experience
- Boater Safety Course Certificate or Boating License
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible availability for frequent early morning, evening, and weekend shifts
