What You Will Do
Repair and maintain inboard and outboard marine motors, diagnose and solve complex mechanical and electrical problems in boats, perform regular motor adjustments and oil changes, and maintain accurate records of services performed.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Certification in small engine repair or a related field (preferred)
- More than 2 years of experience with marine motors (required)
- More than 3 years of experience in marine motor maintenance and repair (preferred)
- Familiarity with boat electrical systems, wiring, and diagnostics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in customer service, with the ability to effectively explain repairs and maintenance
