What You Will Do
Repair and maintain inboard and outboard marine engines, diagnose and solve complex mechanical and electrical problems on boats, perform regular engine adjustments and oil changes, conduct detailed hull inspections, install and repair boat electrical systems, and maintain accurate records of services performed.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Certification in small engine repair or a related field (preferred)
- More than 2 years of experience with marine engines (required)
- More than 3 years of experience in marine engine maintenance and repair (preferred)
- Familiarity with boat electrical systems, wiring, and diagnostics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in customer service, with the ability to effectively explain repairs and maintenance
