Role OverviewWe are seeking a Marine Mechanic with experience in repairing and maintaining various types of marine engines, including inboard and outboard motors, as well as boat electrical systems. The position involves diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems, performing routine maintenance, and assisting customers with their marine equipment needs.
What You Will Do
Repair and maintain inboard and outboard marine engines, diagnose and solve complex mechanical and electrical problems in boats, perform regular engine adjustments and oil changes, conduct detailed hull inspections, and install and repair boat electrical systems.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Certification in small engine repair or a related field (preferred)
- More than 2 years of experience with marine engines (required)
- More than 3 years of experience in marine engine maintenance and repair (preferred)
- Familiarity with boat electrical systems, wiring, and diagnostics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Customer service experience, with the ability to effectively explain repairs and maintenance
