Role OverviewResponsible for setting up receiving export windows and cutoffs for assigned US Port Calls prior to vessel arrival. Ensures a fluid and efficient receiving of cargo at the terminal.
What You Will Do
Uses MSC USA proprietary IT system to retrieve, record and analyze information. Escalates unique or complex issues to the appropriate supervisor for resolution when necessary.
