Role OverviewThe Marine Installation Technician will attend numerous class marine vessels all around the world to perform installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair to fire protection equipment of all kinds. This position requires that travel may be required with very short notice. The Marine Technician holds a high level of responsibility as lives and assets depend on the accuracy and quality of work being performed daily.
What You Will Do
Perform hydrostatic testing of firehoses, inspect portable/semi-portable fire extinguishers, perform inspections and testing of Water Mist systems, Fire Suppression systems, Galley Hood Water Washdown systems, Fire Detection Systems, and other duties as assigned.

Must have minimum high school diploma/GED, minimum of 1-2 years of basic mechanical skills, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must be able to work full-time hours, with the possibility of unusual schedule hours as needed, along with overtime hours as needed, sometimes on short notice.
