Role OverviewThe Marine Technician will support Inland Marine Operations and Field Underwriting by providing technical support functions, including processing new business and renewal policies, and subsequent transactions. The role allows Underwriter Associates to focus on underwriting of routine and renewal business, operational workflows, and to provide superior customer service experience to agents.
What You Will Do
Processes new business, renewals, and bypass renewals within quality standards, provides clear instructions for issuance to offshore teams, requests additional information from underwriting, and processes subsequent transactions.
