Job Description
The Market Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean, organized, and well‐stocked retail environment.
Requirements
Greet customers, assist with product inquiries, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on phones, accessories, and retail merchandise.
Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems.
Maintain product displays, ensure shelves are stocked, and rotate inventory as needed.
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise deliveries.
Keep the market area clean, tidy, and visually appealing at all times.
Monitor inventory levels and report low‐stock items.
Follow all cash‐handling, safety, and loss‐prevention procedures.
Provide basic troubleshooting or guidance on mobile devices and accessories.
Support promotional activities and product launches.
