The Market Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean, organized, and well‐stocked retail environment.

Requirements

  • Greet customers, assist with product inquiries, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on phones, accessories, and retail merchandise.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems.
  • Maintain product displays, ensure shelves are stocked, and rotate inventory as needed.
  • Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise deliveries.
  • Keep the market area clean, tidy, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report low‐stock items.
  • Follow all cash‐handling, safety, and loss‐prevention procedures.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting or guidance on mobile devices and accessories.
  • Support promotional activities and product launches.
