Requirements

  • Previous barista or coffee shop experience preferred but not required—training provided.
  • Strong guest service skills and a warm, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast‐paced environment.
  • Comfortable with basic food preparation, cash handling, and operating POS systems.
  • Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
