Role OverviewThe Market Developer will be part of the Country Biostimulants team and will help to develop a marketing and commercial program to be presented to customers. The role will support the sales team with commercial and technical advice and will be accountable for sales on the territory.
What You Will Do
The Market Developer will roll out the marketing strategy, identify local gaps and needs, and help to implement a product/Customer segmentation strategy. The role will also support the sales team during meetings with key customers and will help to collect competitor's portfolio information.

Requirements
- Degree: Academic in Agronomy or significant experience in the Ag business
- Sales or Agronomy experience in the Country
- Solid background on crop management (main 2 crops of the region), with plant nutrition and soil science experience
- Good knowledge of the commercial environment in the given geography
- Experience: Valuable in similar roles
- Passed experience on key crops and field trials and demos implementation
- Strong business mindset and experience working with biostimulants, crop protection or seed products
- Results and business oriented
- Ability to work closely with customers and respond to their needs
- Good understanding of the Ag Business environment and Go To Market
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Great analysis ability
- Problem solving and adaptability
- Good team worker demonstrating loyalty and commitment to the organization and team members
- Good listener and interpreter of views from a wide range of inputs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Fluency in Italian (as native language) mandatory / Fluency in English
