Role OverviewAs a Market Development Specialist III, you will collaborate with market development, product management, and commercial colleagues to deliver marketing programs and tactics that build customer value, generate revenue, and drive growth. You will lead the planning and execution of customer events, managing logistics, vendors, budgets, and cross-functional coordination to deliver impactful experiences. This individual will also be responsible for helping to improve key processes within the marketing organization to drive efficiency and improve performance.
What You Will Do
Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of internal (commercial meetings) and external (tradeshows) events, including contract negotiations, event logistics, event technology (apps), internal and external communications, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination to deliver seamless, engaging, and memorable attendee experiences. Manage event budgets and performance to ensure cost-effective delivery, delivering exceptional attendee experience, and conducting post-event analysis to measure success, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement of future events.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in Market Development, Marketing Communications or Marketing Operations
- Strong project management, attention to detail, prioritization, critical thinking, creative and decision-making skills
- Expertise with Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, and experience with Power BI, Seismic, Asana preferred
- Events planning/executions preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in post-event analysis, reporting, and implementing improvements a plus
