Role OverviewThe Market Director is a key operational leader responsible for the performance of a geographic network of BHG treatment centers. This role directly leads and develops Program Directors and, through those leaders, is accountable for the operational, clinical, financial, and team performance of each treatment center within the market.

As Market Director, you will build high-performing leaders and create a culture of accountability, deliver strong operational execution and financial performance, ensure outstanding patient outcomes and timely access to care, maintain regulatory excellence and operational integrity, and drive sustainable growth through referrals and community engagement.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Demonstrated success leading multi-site healthcare operations through transformational change and organizational growth
- Experience managing treatment or healthcare services across economically and culturally diverse communities
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics
- An operational and clinical excellence mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions
