Role OverviewThe Market Investigator will utilize software tools, data analysis, and investigative skills to identify, resolve, and prevent freight exceptions and losses. They will maintain consistent and professional communication across various levels of management and business departments. The Market Investigator will proactively identify and communicate opportunities for improving procedures and best practices.
What You Will Do
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. Assist in developing and refining processes to enhance incident response times, improve incident analysis, and strengthen overall investigations.

Requirements
- Experience in Security/Loss Prevention/investigation

- Possess a comprehensive understanding of Windows, Microsoft outlook, Microsoft excel and Microsoft word
