Role OverviewAs a Market Manager, you'll report to a Regional Market Manager and be part of our Commercial Construction Field Sales team working as a field-based remote employee within your assigned location. You'll support national and regional strategic plans to achieve individual and team top-line sales targets, establish and maintain key relationships with end-user partners, and develop and mentor a team of Trade Specialists.
What You Will Do
You'll complete effective 'work withs' monthly, ensure the team has appropriate product and sales skills training, act as a local product line expert, and maintain daily communication lines with the Regional Market Manager.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to meld empathy with determination to achieve outstanding results
- Valid Driver's License and physical ability to travel at least 50% of the month within territory assignment
