Job Description
The Market Physician Executive (MPE) is a mission-driven physician leader who improves patient well-being and health outcomes through in-home care and collaboration with specialists. The MPE leads clinical and business operations in a market, ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines and developing strategies to improve patient outcomes, population health, and provider satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Must be willing and able to obtain hospital privileges at required facilities.
  • Experience in renal care and geriatrics.
  • Strong management and communication skills.
  • Active, unrestricted state medical license required in each state within the market.
  • Experience with high need Medicare Advantage and managed Medicaid populations.
  • Experience with NCQA, HEDIS, Medicaid, Medicare, quality improvement, medical utilization management, and risk adjustment.
