You will lead a team to manage the commercial real estate and security operations for an assigned portfolio of properties.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or real estate from a nationally recognized accredited university
- At least 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate operations
- Managing large portfolio of non-residential commercial properties
- Overseeing large-scale operations across multiple functional areas
- Successful track record in managing teams and fostering employee development
- Experience in data center or technology-related real estate assets preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with Yardi is a preferred
