Job Description
Arcadis is seeking Market Sector Team Leaders for various design management teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive consultancy experience, strong team management practices, and be able to lead a team of 3-5 Design Managers. The role involves overseeing multiple disciplines, managing small teams, and contributing to business development and project planning.

Requirements

  • Over 15 years of experience in consultancy, including large-scale projects in Architectural/Engineering fields
  • Expertise in a Key Service Line or Market Sectors
  • Advanced competency in business development and project planning tools
  • Arcadis Project Manager Certification
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, Management, or a related field
