Role OverviewPico is seeking a commercially focused Market Services Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth across the Americas. This role partners closely with Sales Directors, Sales Engineers, Product Management, and Regional Sales Leadership to develop go-to-market strategies, build pipeline, support complex opportunities, and accelerate deal closure.
What You Will Do
Partner with Sales Directors to identify opportunities, build pipeline, and drive revenue growth across Market Services offerings. Participate directly in customer meetings, executive briefings, and strategic sales engagements.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in capital markets infrastructure, hosting, connectivity, market data, exchange services, device management, timing services, cloud, etc.
- Proven success supporting enterprise sales and revenue growth initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Pico’s Market Services, exchange ecosystems, financial market infrastructure, and managed services.
- Experience partnering with sales organizations to develop pipeline and close complex opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling business outcomes.
