Job Description
At HDR, we are seeking a Market Strategy Director to join our Water Business Group. As a senior leadership role, the MSD will be responsible for setting and executing strategic growth initiatives at the business group level, driving market expansion, organic growth, market penetration, and market strategies. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in strategic market development within engineering or related industries, proven success in business development, client relationship management, and pursuit strategies, and strong industry presence and active participation in professional associations.

Requirements
