Job Description
The Manager of Marketing Analytics plays a leadership role in executing the Caesars Entertainment Strategic Analytics mission of providing world-class analytical support, delivering insights that drive profit, and serving as a trusted business partner to operational areas including Gaming, Marketing, Operations, and Hospitality.

Requirements

  • Build productive business relationships with Senior leaders in the organization;
  • Partner with marketing and loyalty program leaders to analyze direct marketing offers and customer campaigns;
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing initiatives and promotional strategies;
  • Distill vast datasets into actionable insights and recommendations;
  • Develop presentation materials that synthesize analyses into a format ready for senior management consumption;
  • Drive discussions with senior clients and the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic projects;
  • Design and deliver reporting for operating departments to provide senior leaders visibility into trends and business performance drivers;
  • Use technology (e.g., SQL, R, Tableau, Google BigQuery, Python) to develop analytics and reporting tools;
  • Drive training, on-boarding, and development of junior analysts in technical skills, tools & processes.
  • Analyze customer segmentation trends, CRM data, and loyalty program performance to identify opportunities for optimizing marketing strategies and improving the effectiveness of customer offers;
  • Serve as a key analytics partner to marketing teams by translating complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations that support more effective marketing decisions;
